On 27 February 2020, the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (hereinafter "CCJA") handed down two interesting rulings: one recalling the principle of "jurisdiction-competence" and the other illustrating a contradiction of an arbitral award with international public policy.

Cabinet Baubigeat was invited by  the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) at the restitution seminar of the study on the digitalization of money transfers in the Franc Zone which was held at its headquarters in Abidjan.
